The best and most talented players are nominated to play for the official selection representing Europe (ODP Europe) in tournaments in Europe and in the US. |

| | VfL Neckarau
The VFL Neckerau is closely cooperating with the TSG Hoffenheim and is the number 2 in youth football in the vicinity of Mannheim just trailing the SV Waldhof Mannheim. In 2007/08 seven B-Juniors left the VFL for Hoffenheim, three of them Junior National Team players. Two of them have already been called up to the professional team with Terazzino already having seen Bundesliga action. The TSG Hoffenheim has won the B-Juniors Bundesliga with the help of these seven players. DSU owner Christian Titz also played for the VFL Neckerau. The club has brought forward players such as the former National Team player Ballweg and Gernot Rohr (player for Bayern Munich, manager for Eintracht Frankfurt and coach for Girondis Bordeaux). |
